Cancellation & Shipping

Spotlight Box Store Shipping:

Non-subscription items purchased in the Spotlight box store will be shipped within 3 days of placing your order to the address listed in your account.  You will receive a tracking number to the email listed in your account, once it has shipped.  If you need assistance to update your shipping address at any time, please email customerservice@spotlightbox.store

Subscription box Shipping:

All boxes will be shipped no later than the 5th of the month to the address listed in your account. If you need assistance to update your shipping address at any time, please email customerservice@spotlightbox.store

Billing, Cancellation & Renewals

Billing will occur on the 7th of each month for the following month’s box listed below. Our exclusive community is an essential part of the membership; we don’t want to see you leave, but if by chance you need to cancel your monthly subscription, you must do so in writing to BEFORE the billing date. Send an email to customerservices@spotlightbox.store PRIOR to the billing date. If email is received AFTER the billing date, your cancellation will be effective the following month.

As a courtesy to members in good-standing, all renewal subscription prices will be grandfathered at the price when you joined as long as you remain in good-standing with your account. Once your cancellation has been processed, your profile on the membership site will be disabled. If you wish to return to us again, we can restore your membership and your subscription will be billed at the current listing price.
