All boxes will be shipped no later than the 5th of the month to the address listed in your account.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. please email us at customerservice@spotlightbox.store and tell us where you are! We do have plans to expand, we want to know where we should expand first!

Each month the contents are curated specifically for our members. We do not accept returns or refunds on subscriptions once shipped. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your shipment. Please see the Return Policy link for additional details.

Yes, you may cancel your monthly recurring subscription PRIOR to the 7th of the month by emailing customerservice@spotlightbox.store . After the 7th, your cancellation will be effective the following month.

For the 6-month subscription, as you are already receiving a great value, there is no proration should you decide to discontinue.

We’d love to have you join the membership! Each month, when the boxes are shipped there is reflection and discussion inside our online community based on the Black History insert. It helps to create the best community atmosphere when everyone can join the group at the same time.
